Sending Panic Reports

If the Mac restarts while working this is a kernel panic which is often driver or hardware related. It is worth saving and sending the YoYotta log to YoYotta support as it will include crash reports, but it won’t include panics.

To access the panic reports open the Apple Console app, click on Diagnostic Reports in the sidebar, select a report and control click to Reveal in Finder. In the Finder sort the drag reports by date and copy all the ones around the time of the panic to the desktop. Compress them and send the zip file to support@yoyotta.com to see if we can suggest a solution.

Sending Crash Reports

To send YoYotta logs and crash reports, save the log with debug and this will automatically include the crash logs for LTFS and YoYotta.
