Create a YoYotta Account
The account holds your YoYotta license information
After creating the account please let firstname.lastname@example.org know the email address used, so your license can be assigned
With multiple licenses it's easiest to keep them all in the same account, as you only need to log in when licensing or un-licensing

YoYotta requires Apple Mac running macOS Catalina 10.15, Mojave 10.14, High Sierra 10.13, Sierra 10.12, El Capitan 10.11.
macOS 10.13 or newer is recommended.
Create YoYotta account
Make sure the computer is online. Open the YoYotta app and click the account button in the top right to open the login panel. Then click New user?
Complete the sign up panel to create a YoYotta account. The account will hold your licenses.
You will need to login to move a license from one Mac to another.
Once a license is installed, it is not necessary to stay logged in or be online to use the software.
For a company you may already have an email that is used for licenses or engineering rather than using a personal email account.
Click Sign up.
YoYotta will send a verification email, please click the link in the email to verify the account.
If not received ensure that yoyotta.com is added to your safe senders email list, then try the signup again.
If you have ordered a license please contact email@example.com with details of the email used. They will assign the license to your account and then you can login.
When your license has been assigned, login again and then you will see that it is available.
Select it and click Install License.
The window will get wider showing more buttons. The license is now installed and can used on this computer whilst online or offline.
If you need to use the software on another Mac, there is an Uninstall License button. Click this and then the license will be available to install on another computer.
When the license has been uninstalled, the size of the window will be reduced. However you can still open the Project Browser to check on previous jobs.
Purchased licenses are permanent, however sometimes it makes sense to install it with an expiration date. For example you may want to install the license on a client's or freelancer's laptop for just 2 weeks.
To do this log in to the YoYotta account and in the calendar select an expiration date, then click Install License. Once it's installed you can log out. After the expiry date the license will automatically return to you and can be used on another system.
Expiring license installed
The license expiry date is shown in the table, after this date the license will be available to install on another computer. This is useful if a production needs a license for a few weeks, after that time you don't need to have access to the computer to uninstall the license. If the license is still needed you could screen share to the Mac, log in and install it again.
